What if I already have a website?
We audit your current site for free on the scoping call. If it's fixable, we tell you what to fix and whether it's worth rebuilding vs. patching. We only recommend a full build when it actually makes sense for your business — not to pad our invoice.
Do I own the site if I stop paying?
Yes. The site is deployed to your Netlify account from day one. If you cancel the monthly plan, the site keeps running. You own the domain, the code, and the hosting relationship. We just stop maintaining it.
What if I need changes after launch?
Two rounds of revisions are included before launch. After that, edits are either covered by your monthly plan (if you have one) or quoted per-task. Small changes like hours or prices are fast. Bigger redesigns are scoped separately — always fixed price.
How does the AI chatbot actually work?
We train it on your business — services, prices, hours, FAQs, policies, menu items, whatever's relevant. It answers customer questions in real time, captures leads, and routes anything it can't handle to your phone. It runs on Claude (Anthropic's AI) and gets updated whenever your info changes.
What happens on the 30-minute scoping call?
We ask about your business, your goals, your current site (if any), and what's not working. By the end you'll have a clear scope and a fixed price. No commitment needed on the call — the quote is valid for 7 days.
What if I don't like the design?
You'll see the design before it goes live — that's what the demo walkthrough is for. Two rounds of revisions are included. If we can't reach a design you're happy with, we refund the deposit. It's never happened, but the guarantee is real.
