What we ask
What does the business actually do? Where do leads currently come from? How fast can you respond? What is broken about the current site, if there is one? What would a great site let you stop doing? What are you tired of explaining?
What you get
A clear read on whether this is the right time to build, what tier makes sense, and what is honestly out of scope. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call and point you somewhere that is. No follow-up sequence.

One fixed quote
Within 24 hours of the call you have a written quote. One price, one deadline, line-itemed bundle. No mystery, no upsells later.
What is in the quote
Number of pages. Chatbot training depth. Which optional features (admin page, booking integration, newsletter pipeline) are in and which are out. Hosting setup details. Ship date. Total price. Monthly maintenance option, if you want one. That is it. No filler.
How you pay
One-time, monthly, or a monthly plan large enough to replace the upfront cost. We hold a deposit only if you ask us to start before the deadline is comfortable. Otherwise the first installment hits when the site is on staging and you have hands on it.

Seven to fourteen days
We build in our system, not a page builder. You get a real staging link by day three and you give feedback on actual working code, not a clickable mockup.
What happens day-to-day
Day one we set up the project, lock the brand assets, and stand up the deploy pipeline. Day three you have a staging link with the homepage shell. Days four through ten we build out every page, wire the chatbot, install the SEO foundation, hook up booking if you want it. Days eleven through fourteen are polish, photo treatment, and your own walkthrough.
How you give feedback
Comments on the live staging link, no Figma roundtables. We push fixes the same day where it is reasonable. Anything we cannot fix that day we tell you why and what the trade-off is. You see actual code-on-the-page, not a render.

Your code, your hosting
We deploy to Netlify under your account. We push the site live to your domain. We add it to your Google Business Profile so it shows the moment someone searches you. Then we hand you the codebase.
What you walk away with
A site live on your domain. A Netlify account in your name where the site is hosted. A Google Business Profile that now links to the site. A GitHub-style codebase you can take to any developer if you ever leave us. An admin page if you opted in. A Loom walkthrough of how to edit anything.
Maintenance is optional
If you want us to handle hosting, light edits, and chatbot updates, you pick a monthly plan. If you want to take it from here, you stop paying us and the site keeps running. No lock-in. No held-hostage code. No ghosting penalty.
